celebrities with commendable style
Everyone who knows me knows that I have a bit of an obsession with Rachel Bilson. She has a great sense of style. Doesn’t follow every trend like her life depends on it like some other celebrities (Jessica Simpson comes to mind). She likes to stand out, but her clothes are never flashy or too perfect. She makes fashion look effortless, and is always willing to experiment with different ideas. See this site for this and more Rachel Bilson photos.
Other celebrities I follow for their fashion sense are: Diane Kruger, Kate Bosworth, Zooey Deschanel-Gibbard (she just got married to Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie and The Postal Service!), Natalie Portman, Kate Hudson, Audrey Tautou, Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, Jenny Lewis (of Rilo Kiley), Kristen Stewart, Sienna Miller, Lindsey Price, Camilla Belle, Rachel McAdams, Alexis Bledel, and Chloe Sevigny…and the list could go on, but I’m going to stop there. (It’s actually surprising that there are so many on this list, but I do love them all.) Once you get me started it’s hard for me to stop.
These fashionistas are interested in reinventing themselves and staying away from those looks people might expect them to produce.
I love this outfit of Kate Bosworth’s. She’s definitely channeling a 60’s look here in this Etro design. She’s mixing different prints in an outfit with such ease–wouldn’t you agree she has quite sophisticated taste?
Natalie Portman always has a great look, on the red carpet especially. She’s not following any trends…just being herself and when’s the last time you ever hated anything she wore? Never.
Diane Kruger (left) isn’t wearing the same old, skin-tight, typical version of the Band-Aid dress that you see on Hollywood’s startlets–so refreshing. Mary Kate Olsen is showcasing a lovely romantic look so effortlessly.
Zooey Deschanel (top right) and Chloe Sevigny are wearing some nostalgic looks that I find oh-so stunning. Chloe though, I have to say, has this distinct edginess to her style that I am so impressed with. (I found this image on this blog).
I love Jenny Lewis (right and below left). She has such an original and creative sense of style that just comes so naturally to her. So many photos to choose from for her, but I just loved this one even though you can’t see everything she’s wearing.
