My name is Diana and I’ve created this blog because I want to showcase my love and proclivity for romantic and vintage/vintage-inspired pieces. Yes, that means I love to wear lace, floral prints, ruffles, embroidered pieces, and possibly the most: paisley prints. (It’s a tough call because I think I own much more floral.) Here’s a fun article on the Romantic Fashion Personality of which I found a lot to be pretty accurate about my style……very interesting…

Just to give you more of an idea of my style Luella, Etro, and Marc Jacobs are among my favorite designers.

Last thing I want to mention: while it’s great to love fashion, I feel it’s also important to realize that as educated people, lucky enough to have all our basic needs met and more–we cannot ignore that each one of us can make an impact for the greater good of humanity if we’d only decided to use our talents, skills, and knowledge to make that difference to fight against the world’s pressing problems and injustices.

I’ve dedicated a page in this blog, titled Fashion for Charity, to draw attention to any and all charitable or philanthropic means I find that ties into fashion or what the industry itself is bringing awareness to. I hope something as little as purchasing an e-card or a fun tote, where the proceeds fund projects for problems like sex trafficking of children, will be the outcome of this page’s existence. (If that sounds like something you’d like to do, visit love146 for e-cards and apparel & nominetwork to ‘pick your bag’).Please take part if you can!

I hope you enjoy what I share; be sure to leave me a comment on what you like (or don’t like).

I am very inspired for your desire to find a heart in a world that is often considered to be materalistic. I hope that you will consider spreading outside of the Boston area at some point. I live in NC and would like to find similar stores like the one’s you have in Boston; however, it is a small area so that makes it difficult if you could do some online searching that would be awesome; perhaps, DC/VA?? as well. GREAT BLOG!!

I’ve discovered your blog by browsing for nostalgic fashion and found you on google. Thanks for sharing this. It’s so hard to find spots where it all comes together. I love the pictures I’ve already seen. Off to discover more!
    Sweet greetings,
